QUICK GUIDE INSTRUCTIONS

This guide provides the basic operations for setting upward and operating your Infinity™ Control.

Gear up Mean solar day, Time & Desired Humidity

  13. Press Bones or close the door to exit.

Suit Heating Temperature

  1. Press the ruby-red Oestrus button. Heating is confirmed when the cerise LED side by side to the red HEAT push is lit.
  2. Press the ZONE push until the name of the zone you wish to control appears on the upper left screen. Selecting "ALL ZONES" allows you to select one temperature for the entire home. Press the ZONE button for iii seconds to actuate the "ALL ZONES" feature.

Quick Programming Instructions
These instructions will guide you through creating one comfort schedule that will repeat every 24-hour interval. For more details on programming, or to create customized schedules for the week, weekend, or each day, refer to PROGRAMMABLE FEATURES, SETUP & Functioning on pages 17 – 26 of this transmission.

Ane Schedule for All Days

  1. Flip downward the door at the bottom of the control.
  2. Press the SCHEDULE push button.
  3. Press the ZONE push until the proper noun of the zone yous wish to programme appears on the upper left screen. Selecting "ALL ZONES" allows you to create one schedule for the entire home.
  4. Press either the LEFT or Right push repeatedly until "ALLDAYS" is displayed.
  5. The WAKE fourth dimension flow volition be highlighted. Set the outset time for this time period using the TIME (+/-) push button.

Pop-upwards Messages
Your Infinity™ Command provides important and useful maintenance and service reminders via pop-up messages on the display.

Accessory Maintenance Reminders: An accompaniment reminder lets you know when it's time for maintenance of your air filter, humidifier pad, UV lamp or ventilator. When an accessory reminder pop-upwardly message appears, perform the accessory maintenance yourself OR contact your dealer/contractor.

Service Reminders: When a service reminder pop-up message appears, contact your dealer/contractor. See Accompaniment MAINTENANCE OR SERVICE POP-Upwards MESSAGES on pages 14 – 15 in this transmission for additional data.

BASIC SETUP

Set 24-hour interval, Fourth dimension & Desired Humidity

  1. Flip downward the door at the base of the Infinity™ Control.
  2. Printing the BASIC button.
  3. Adjust the highlighted HOUR setting using the TIME (+\-) button.
  4. Press Scroll to highlight MINUTE.
  5. Adjust the MINUTE setting using the TIME (+\-) button.
  6. Press Whorl to highlight DAY.
  7. Arrange the electric current DAY setting, using the Fourth dimension (+\-) button, until the correct solar day is displayed.
  8. Press Coil to highlight HUMIDITY.
  9. Press the red Heat push button to ready the heating humidity.
  10. Conform the desired heating humidity using either (+/-) push.
  11. Printing the blue Cool button to set the cooling humidity
  12. Adapt the desired cooling humidity using either (+/-) button.
  13. If a ventilator has been installed, printing scroll to highlight FRESH AIR.
  14. Arrange your desired FRESH AIR setting using the TEMP (+/-) button. For a description of fresh air settings, run into FRESH AIR VENTILATION on folio 28 in this manual.
  15. Printing the BASIC button to exit.
    – OR –
    If you need to readjust 1 of your settings, use the SCROLL push to highlight the desired setting, then make your changes.
  16. Shut the door.
    NOTE: You tin can go out at any time. When exiting, yous volition be prompted to save changes if you take made whatever. Select "Yeah" to save your changes, "NO" to revert back to previous settings.

NORMAL Operation

Turn Arrangement On/Off
The OFF push is used to plough the arrangement both on and off.

Heating

To select heating, press the red Rut button. Heating is confirmed when the red LED next to the red Oestrus push button is lit. Heating is operating when the red LED is gradually pulsing on and off. (The LEDs can be turned off. For details, run across ADVANCED SETUP – LIGHTING on page 30.) The heating temperature will announced in the lower right screen with the text, "Oestrus AT."

Auxiliary Heat
Auxiliary oestrus is staged electrical heating included with many heat pump systems. Auxiliary estrus is automatically activated by the arrangement when it's too cold for the heat pump to effectively estrus your dwelling. Auxiliary heat operation is confirmed when the crimson LED adjacent to the red HEAT button is lit, gradually pulsing on, then off. (The LEDs tin can be turned off. For details, meet ADVANCED SETUP – LIGHTING on page 30.) The text, "AUXILIARY Heat Active" will announced below the room temperature.

Emergency Oestrus
Emergency oestrus is staged electric heating included with many heat pump systems. Emergency rut is activated either when the estrus pump has malfunctioned and heating is required, or when the homeowner manually activates emergency oestrus. Emergency oestrus is manually activated by pressing the red Oestrus button for four seconds. To activate Emergency Rut, press the ruby-red HEAT push for iv seconds. If your system is a heat pump with electric heat, then the display will show the three choices:

System INCONTROL (the system will cull the blazon and amount of heat needed for conditions) HEATPUMPONLY (only the rut pump will be used for heating) Electric HEATONLY (merely electric estrus will be used for heating)

If your system is a Hybrid Estrus™ system (estrus pump with gas or oil furnace), then the brandish will show the 3 choices: HYBRID HEAT™ (the system will choose the type and amount of estrus needed for conditions) FURNACE ONLY (only the furnace will be used for heating) HEAT PUMP ONLY (only the heat pump will exist used for heating)

Scroll the highlight to your option using the roll push button under the door, then press the left side push to save your selection and exit.

To deactivate Emergency Heat, press the cherry Estrus button for four seconds and choose Organization IN CONTROL or HYBRID HEAT, depending on your type of heating equipment.

Cooling

To select cooling, press the blue Cool button. Cooling is confirmed when the blue LED adjacent to the blueish COOL button is lit. Cooling is operating when the blue LED is gradually pulsing on and off. (The LEDs can be turned off. For details, run across ADVANCED SETUP – LIGHTING on page 30.) The programmed cooling temperature will appear in the lower correct screen with the text, "Absurd AT."

Auto

The AUTO function allows your Infinity™ Command to automatically switch between heating and cooling operation to maintain your condolement during transitional heating and cooling seasons. To select AUTO functioning, press the ruby-red HEAT and blue COOL buttons simultaneously. The red and blueish LEDs will calorie-free up, and both heating and cooling temperatures volition be displayed.

Adjust Heating Temperature
The Infinity™ Control allows you to adjust your indoor temperature at any time, overriding your programmed settings.

  1. Printing the cherry-red Estrus button. Heating is confirmed when the red LED adjacent to the cherry-red Estrus button is lit.

  3. Use the TEMP (+\-) push button to select your desired temperature, which will be displayed on the lower right. An override time will be displayed on the lower left. Please note an override fourth dimension will non appear if programming has been turned off.

Adjust Fan Speed
The Infinity™ Command offers the do good of customized fan speeds during continuous fan operation. Fan speeds can be individually selected for each zone also.

  2. Press the FAN push to adapt the fan speed between LOW, MEDIUM, High or AUTO airflow. OFF is also a selection when the system has been turned off at the Infinity Control. Your fan speed selection will merely apply to the displayed zone.

Hold Electric current Temperature
Press the HOLD button to override the plan and maintain the electric current indoor temperature set point(s) indefinitely.

To revert back to your programmed comfort schedule, press the HOLD button again.

Annotation: HOLD is non available if programming has been turned off. Too, if yous switch from HOLD to either Vacation or UNOCCUPIED, the organisation will revert back to HOLD when those functions are cancelled.

Unoccupied Function & Settings
UNOCCUPIED allows you lot to instantly set the system for free energy saving functioning.

Vacation Function & Settings

Check System Status
The system status function allows you lot to view detailed information

    – Accessory status
    – Current humidity
    – Target humidity
  2. Press the RIGHT button over again (from the Condition screen) for zoning status.

  1. Press and hold the LEFT push to access the Accessory STATUS screen.
  2. Use the Curl button to highlight the accessory you wish to reset.
  3. Press the Right push to reset the selected accessory.
  4. Press the LEFT button to exit.
    – OR –
  5. Keep to reset accessory usage indicators as desired.

Accompaniment Maintenance Popular-Up Letters
Accessory Pop-Up messages remind you when it's time for accessory maintenance. There can exist upwards to five letters, depending on the accessories installed with your system:

  • Replace UV Lamps
  • Change Humidifier Pad
  • Clean Air Filter – EAC
  • Make clean or Supercede Air Filter
  • Clean Ventilator Filter

REMIND Later on: Pressing the LEFT push to select

REMIND LATER will cause the accompaniment status message to reappear in seven days. The message will not reappear at the cease of the seven-day period if the usage indicator has been reset.

Service Popular-Upward Messages
Service Popular-Upwardly letters remind you when information technology'south fourth dimension for routine equipment maintenance or if the system has malfunctioned.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE RECOMMENDED: This pop-up appears when seasonal maintenance should be performed to maintain optimum performance of your system. Press the RIGHT button to DISMISS NOTICE and reset the maintenance reminder. The reminder will non reappear until the routine maintenance timer has expired (default 12 months). The reminder volition not announced if it has been turned off by the installer.

Organization MALFUNCTION: This popular-up appears when the system has detected an equipment failure. Press the RIGHT button to DISMISS Detect. PROGRAMMABLE FEATURES, SETUP & Operation

Backlighting
The Infinity™ backlight feature makes the screen easy to read, even at dark or in low calorie-free atmospheric condition. Loftier-intensity backlighting is activated when a push is pushed or the door at the base of operations of the unit is opened. The backlighting will automatically turn off or revert to a lower intensity abiding backlighting after 10 seconds of no button activity or 30 seconds after the door is opened. Backlighting will remain on throughout Programming, Basic Setup, and Advanced Setup. Constant backlighting can be turned off or adapted in ADVANCED SETUP, page 30 in this manual.

Determining Your Comfort Schedule
Earlier yous plan the Infinity™ Command, take a moment to plan your comfort schedule. Each 24-hour interval of the calendar week is divided into four fourth dimension periods:

  • WAKE
  • Mean solar day
  • EVENING
  • SLEEP

You can select a different heating and cooling temperature for each zone and each time period, based on your daily or weekly schedule. Using the nautical chart provided, enter a start time, heating temperature and cooling temperature. And then y'all can employ this chart when you begin programming. You may want to create a similar chart for each zone in your home.

Programming Your Comfort Schedule
The Infinity™ Command allows you maximum flexibility in creating a comfort schedule that best matches your lifestyle. Yous can choose to keep it simple with the aforementioned schedule every day…you tin can create 1 schedule for the work week and one for the weekend…or, you can brand every day different. Instructions for programming this control are detailed on the pages that follow.

Weekdays Schedule
You can programme one schedule for Monday through Friday using the WEEKDAYS screen.

  1. Flip down the door at the lesser of the control.
  2. Printing the SCHEDULE button to access the schedule screen.
  3. Select the zone you want to program by pressing the ZONE button until the correct zone name appears on the upper left screen. Selecting "ALL ZONES" allows you to create one WEEKDAYS schedule for the entire home.
  4. If the word "WEEKDAYS" appears at the tiptop of the screen, you are ready to outset. If non, printing either the LEFT or RIGHT button as necessary until "WEEKDAYS" is displayed. The WAKE time period volition exist highlighted.

  13. Begin inbound your WEEKEND schedule by pressing the RIGHT button and following the Weekend Schedule instructions (the next department in this manual).

Weekend Schedule
You can program an identical schedule for Saturday and Sunday using the WEEKEND screen.

  1. Flip down the door at the lesser of the command.
  2. Press the SCHEDULE button to access the schedule screen.
  3. Select the zone you desire to program past pressing the ZONE button until the correct zone proper name appears on the upper left screen. Selecting "ALL ZONES" allows you to create one WEEKEND schedule for the entire abode.

  13. Begin entering a separate schedule for private days by pressing the Correct push and following the instructions in the Daily Schedule (the next section in this manual).

Daily Schedule
You can programme a different schedule for each twenty-four hours of the week by using the SUNDAY, Mon, TUESDAY, Wednesday, THURSDAY, FRIDAY and SATURDAY screens.

  1. Flip downward the door at the bottom of the control.

Programming Fan Speed

Fresh Air Ventilation
A fresh air ventilator is used to commutation stale indoor air for fresh outdoor air. Fresh air ventilation tin be customized with upwardly to four settings. Smart Sensor Operation
The Infinity™ Smart Sensor allows command and changing of zone temperature setpoints. Continuous FAN selection is available; AUTO, LOW, MED, HIGH. Other features include viewing Outdoor Temperature and Indoor Relative Humidity. Infinity Smart Sensor Functions also include Agree and UNOCCUPIED settings.

Changing Desired Temperature

  • The current zone temperature will exist displayed in the LCD.
  • Press COOL / HEATbutton to modify between "COOL AT" and "HEAT AT" setpoints.
  • Printing Temp (+/-) button to heighten or lower setpoints.
  • The default time for temporarily overriding the temperature schedule is 2:00 HRS equally indicated past the text in the lower left screen.
  • Temporary override fourth dimension can be changed in fifteen-minute increments past pressing the TIME (+/-) button to increase or decrease the override timer.
    Note: Override volition not announced if programming has been turned off.

Agree / Unoccupied

Continuous Fan Adjustment
Pressing the FAN push will scroll through the following: AUTO, Low, MED, HIGH.

  • When AUTO is selected, zone airflow is available but when a heating or cooling demand exists inside the zone.
  • When LOW, MED, or HIGH is selected, zone airflow will be continuous without a heating or cooling need.

Outdoor Temperature and Indoor Relative Humidity
The current outside temperature is displayed in upper left corner of the LCD.

  • Press and release the HUMIDITY / OAT button to view % Indoor Relative Humidity; value is measured at Zone Command (User Interface.)
  • Outdoor temperature volition return afterward five seconds or after the button is pressed once more.

Keypad Lock
The Smart Sensor tin be locked if the FAN and HUMIDITY / OAT buttons are pressed simultaneously for approximately 3 seconds. A padlock icon will appear and all push button functions will exist ignored. Pressing the FAN and HUMIDITY / OAT buttons once more for 3 seconds will unlock the Smart Sensor.

Vacation
